Avoid burnout in your cookie business! Use my simple self care tips for women in business to keep yourself from hitting a wall and giving up on your dream.
If you have a cookie business I bet you’re reading this with exhausted eyes. I know this feeling all too well. It wasn’t that long ago that I was cranking out the cookies and taking on more orders than I honestly should have. If this is you, or maybe life in general has just been crazy town, I urge you to take time to rest. As women we tend to pour into others and leave ourselves on empty. Take some time today to fill your cup. Then make it a point to start scheduling it into your life so it doesn’t fall to the bottom of your list. I promise, this advice will not only make you a better business owner, but also help you be the best in your personal endeavors as well.
